Stowe issue

Just wanted to say I got the special issue of NASOC news devoted to Stowe this past weekend and thought it was great. A hardy round of applause and thanks should go out to Phil Avis for the wonderful work and tireless energy he put into this issue (and indeed puts into all issues of our newsletter) as well as thanks to Paul Bouchard in his design and production capacity on the issue.
