FYI - The Globe and Mail (our National Newspaper) contacted me a couple of weeks ago to do an article on Singers. It appeared yesterday and can be seen on line at

The reporter actually did quite a good job on his research, although he got my birthplace incorrect.

Hey, I have a Sunbeam Tiger too....albeit very poor condition. Tiger # 152 from August '64. It's one of my retirement projects, when I have ample time and patience....and much of both will be needed.
Maybe it will be too fast for me by that time and I will re-embrace the safe, sure-footed, faithful Singer.
