Good evening everyone. I am searching for a rebuild kit for my Solex 30 FAI units on my 1954 4AD roadster. I've done an exhaustive search on the forum archives and any leads i found via eBay or a vendor in Australia show that nothing is available. My immediate need is for soft parts, gaskets and such. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thank you.

On another note. I started the car this evening for the first time (in my estimation) in about 25 years. Runs like a top.

I am not going to be much help. I made my own gaskets and kept a pattern if you want it I can scan it. The internal parts like the jets are the same as the early 60’s 40hp VW but they are hard to find also

Sometimes on ebay uk you can find some parts or NOS carbs.
I bought a few to get the right parts and jets for mine. And had the luck to find a spare gasket kit also there.

Also other parts can be foud in the Historic car parts shop on ebay, just as the float.
