We are back
Mum took our summer for painting continuation so inside for winter wiring.
Plus interior..
We think we have Austin Healy low sliding seat brackets.
Our version to fit & work plus safety.
We cut & glued seat under mounts.
Bolted a stainless steel strip to join brackets.
Recessed under seat..will bolt onto to seats.
Waiting on stainless steel bolts.
Time to tackle wiring.
Found this helpful picture on this site showing chassis view..that helped.

The seats and rails are different from mine, could be from a healey.
I have one original complete with the original wood on the floor.
Your wiring is also from another manufacturer, mine is missing the wiper cable, the headlight cables, the trafficator cables, and just have one wire for the taillight.
So I had to go in our cable store to find the right colors, a cotton woven hose, and made them.
Mine is running now on the original cable, but the first test drive shows a steering box with problems.
If needed I can make pictures from mine

Thank you Brian..
Yes never enough pictures on web for singers.
We love the challenge.
We don’t want to think gearbox yet..nasty stuff..
Wire harness is for a singer roadster 4a…
Fingers crossed it all fits..
Moving along with seats..
They slide..which is a bonus..

these are the original rails, not the original seat.
the wood under the rails is the original from 1950, I have to copy all for the other side.
