We seem to be spoiled of late with Nine Coupes in the Americas. This one has just surfaced for sale in Ohio. Listed as a '34 Le Mans(although it appears to be a Nine Coupe) requiring restoration, Asking price 18k. Awaiting further details.

My dream car...

Good to see old APP 49 resurface! Haven't seen it out since 2006 and these look like the same photos I have. The white gauges are an interesting mod, but otherwise a largely unmolested example of an early Coupe.

Let's hope it finds a good home.
She's very similar to BPH-65, Kim Mistretta's '34 Coupe...black and red instead of black and green...
This is another quite original early Coupe with lovely patina. Photo was taken in Kim's garage last year.

Re: Another Coupe in the US
A few additional details on the Coupe for sale. I spoke to Todd Hedges the owner and he says he has owned it since '81 and drove it then, but it was performing badly due to a leaky head gasket. The engine was removed at that time to see if there were any other issues. It is with the car but not installed. Interior door panels and seats are “good” original . The headliner has been chewed by mice. Overall he says it is quite original although he says there is bondo on some panels. So there has been some repaint in whole or in part. He has paper work indicating a previous owner in the UK named D W Burt, formerly a member of the SOC back in 1968. He confirmed his asking price at 18k USD. Todd may be reached at 740 215 0523 and texted at the same. The car is in Ohio.
If you missed the last one, this looks like another excellent opportunity to pick up a rare and largely intact original
