certificate papers 4AD 1953

i have one set of title papers in surplus.
4ad1836v.
from a pennsylvania car.
i bought the car in Carlisle jumble some 20 years ago and got it on the raoad last year.
the seller gave me the papers for another car by mistake. i tried to contact him last year with no succes.
i understand that vin papers are difficult to obtain in US when they are lost.
if anyone know who might need them, pls let me know.
