Another Coupe on the Move!

It seems we're getting a lot of Singer Coupe action these days!

This very rare 1937 Nine Coupe belonged until very recently to NASOC Historian Tony Raynor, who has now sold it on.

This car was shipped over from the UK and Tony did a considerable amount of work on it. It is known as 'The Chicken Coupe' since Tony mounted a Bantam 'rooster' from a saloon on the radiator cap. Tony also owns a 1935 Coupe, like BMX-7 discussed in another thread, as well as his famous 1936 Le Mans SS.

The car is staying in California. The new owner has entrusted my friend and Morgan expert, Derek Wilburn, to finish the restoration and get the car on the road and I will be giving Derek a hand in doing so. Derek and I previously worked together on Ron Stauber's 1933 Nine Sports - the well-known 'Greenwings'.
