A couple of new pictures that I have recently acquired. Others from the same shoot have been previously seen.
The first shot is of Bill Vaughan and Phil Rizzuto. The shot commonly seen has Rizzuto in the drivers seat, having just taken possession of his new Singer. In this one, Vaughan is behind the wheel.
A second Singer roadster can be seen behind the Rizzuto car. In addition, a Jaguar XK 140 is visible and what looks to be a DKW or possibly the Trippel/Corsair he was advertising as the Vaughan Baby.
The second photo looks obviously familiar, except in this one, Vaughan is posing with Lucille Ball.

Excellent photos! Lucy's car has not one, not two, but three huge bumperettes on the rear of her right-hand drive car. The other photo is really cool, too. Does that sign say "Radio Appreciation Day"?

Yes. Radio station WINS put on a contest with a Singer as a prize. Not sure of the details, but Tony Rizzuto (NY Yankees) was the winner. It looks like you had to be a baseball player to enter. I'm sure someone could get some archival information on this if they were really industrious.

Great shot of Jim Ottman and his Singer at the 1952 Grand Island Grand Prix. The 3.7 mile race was held as part of the Centennial celebrations on the island located north of Buffalo on the Niagara River. It was organized jointly by the Grand Island Centennial Committee and the SCCA Red Jacket Chapter of Buffalo.
Ottman won his class in the event and still has the trophy.

Great shot of the Singer Pit row at Palm Springs 1953. Jack Martin's car is in the foreground. Lammy Lamoreaux's is next, barely visible, but the blue lined fender is evident. Dick van Laanen is the tall guy in the Singer Racing Team jacket.

Great photo, Peter. I'm sure this has come up before, but do you happen to know what type of wire wheels were used? They look like a bolt on type and I'm just wondering whether they were off the shelf Ford wheels or something.

Re: Personal Collection Photos
The wires were bolt-on and I'm told that they were Robergel's
