Power, ELECTRICAL power and S. Calif.

Just FYI to those of you who come here during the next week (July 24), S. Calif is in the middle of a heat wave along with the rest of the U.S. and we are having rolling blackouts and power outages. The server is sitting on a UPS (Uninteruptable Power Supply) but it will only power the system for 2 1/2 to 3 hours and a little more if I turn off things like the monitor.
