Gave it our best shot..
Multi tool a must for this job..I cut with circular saw then noise machine multi..

I still have to make that part, there was only one copy with the both cars when I bought them.
I will make a picture with measurements if needed, but am not sure it is the right one.

As you can see, this is a never mounted part, I already made a rough parts from a tree to dry.
My experience is when a tree is drying, and you have made a part before the wood is dry, it is not straight any-more when dry.
But when rough made before, it's drying faster, and gives a good result when finished.
The rough parts are made a year ago, so this summer maybe ready

Got to luv a running board
We used our radius brake to curve..
Then made a timber form for the extra curve to front guard.
English wheel or metal stretch or shrinker would be handy but we luv a challenge..

Running boards a little harder than we thought.

Cutting timber this way isn’t recommended but we getting closer..
