4AD Door/Map Pocket?

Post by desmop »

Hi,

Well the progress is coming along on the 1952 4AD, I just got the seats back from the upolstrey shop today, they look great (see Attachment) We had little to work with but some rusty seat tracks and no back seats! The front door(s) have a type of "pocket", could some send me some dimensions or detailed pictures of one of the doors. I'm thinking of re-creating this "pocket" but I don't have enough info to start. Thanks for all the help.

Patrick

Looks good, Patrick. Where do you stand mechanically with it.

Door Pocket

Patrick: Did you solve the door pocket question? I have the original upholstery from a Singer door, which you could have for patterns, if you still need them...write to me at tandcregistry@cs.com
