Double windscreen wiper components

For now, I lumped all the pre-war cars together, I would LOVE for there to be enough demand to split it into groups (hint...hint, post here about your pre-war Singer)

I have just spent a happy day with a hammer and file remanufacturing a 1936-style wiper arm. Needed a bit of heat to get the double bend but I am pleased with the result. Brass - what a lovely material to work!

I am still considering making the earlier style as pictured by David. They would be unique in the UK but these are simpler and have the advantage that the wipers can be lifted off the screen for washing - plus I already have most of the parts.

It looks like the MMM register is having the same conversation about wipers!
