This certainly qualifies as an event worth noting!
I just returned from a wonderful couple of days as a guest (and Groomsman) in Andover for the wedding our NASOC Club Secretary David Kellogg and his wonderful new bride Nancy, who were married in the garden of their home before friends and family on Saturday, October 6th.
This story of love even has a Singer connection as the bride arrived, was transported to the reception, and departed in, a 1935 Singer Le Mans Coupe.
There was even some appropriate machinery parked on the property!
Here's wishing Nancy and David many many years of marital bliss...and vintage motoring...together!
Congratulations!
CONGRATULATIONS NANCY AND DAVID!

Re: CONGRATULATIONS NANCY AND DAVID!
The occasion was a magical one, amplified by the presence of a small coterie of exceptional friends, with whom we are blessed.
The posted photos capture the essence of the moment, but can't encompass my pride at Nancy's walking, albeit supported, without her brace for the first time in the two and a half years since her stroke. That's an amazing woman. That's my wife.

PS: The inclusion of the Aston Martin was a perfect coincidence.
Nancy used to drive a DB7 convertible, saying that was as close as she was going to get to being a Bond Girl --buying the car...
I disagree. Heartily.

Lovely pictures David. Congratulations to both of you.
Re: CONGRATULATIONS NANCY AND DAVID!
Hi Colin,
Thanks so much for your Good Wishes. We had a tremendous time with our friends and continue to savor our time together.
Nancy is quite amazing, for one reason, because she offers me something I've given others for a very long time: the room, acceptance and celebration to be themselves. It's a richer gift than any other I have ever received, and to be frank, I've waited a lifetime to receive it from a partner.
Hope that's not 'too much information', as they say.
Very Best,
David
