Finally got my lazy son with the digital camera to actually walk out to the garage and take some snaps so you can see the (un)progress on the Singer.
Running boards are in bad shape. Layers of bondo covered a huge rust hole under the front angle-iron supporting bracket. (see Singer3 photo) I'm thinking about not reattaching the bracket as it seems to me it doesn't add a lot of support to the running board, and is a rust trap.
What say you guys?
