1924 singer10

I have a singer10 0f 1924 but has front brakes ,i believe that front brakes were introduced in 1926,this car is 2 seater with dikey seat.did they continue the old body with the 10/26 or is it likely that front brakes are a later addition

I now realise that it is more likely to be a 1925/6 roadster 10/26 ,the car has no boot lid or panel behind the front seat,can anyone help me with these dimensions as I will need to fabricate the two
