Re: Valve rocker cover.
Michael,
Besides Dave Green (NASOC's parts registrar) Bill & Arthur are the ones. I believe that Arthur Mitchell is now the SOC Roadster parts contact. The SOC took over Trevor Cornelius' parts and there must have been a valve cover in there somewhere. Unless, of course, they come as complete engines and they are not wanting to break one up. I would imagine that it you were good with metal fabrication a rudimentary valve cover could be built that would do the part. I can always furnish measurements from my valve cover if you want to take that on.

Not having access to a 1074 motor. I am assuming it is not the same as the 1497 4AD motor? I do have a spare one of the 1497.

Re: Valve rocker cover.
Dave,
Unfortunately, the two are not interchangeable. The mighty 1500 engine has a bigger engine & valve cover. Having seen a few photos of Trevor's barns, I would have thought that a 1074 (or even a 10 HP, late 1074 Bantam) valve cover would be kicking around...
I will keep my eyes out...
