The Queen's English All British Car Meet 2012

Post by Phillip »

Hey Singerites!

The Queen' English All British Car Meet and Auto Jumble at Woodley Park, Van Nuys, California is back for 2012!

Staged by the famous Auto Books-Aero Books, it takes place Sunday, March 18, 2012 - 9am to 4pm.

Full details at:

http://www.queens-english.org

They have very much enjoyed NASOC's participation over the last few years and look forward to seeing Singers on the field again this year.

Any West Coasters planning to attend? Hope it isn't as wet as last year! Tony is probably still drying out his Le Mans!

Check out Auto Books-Aero Books at:

" In Burbank since 1951" and a hangout of Jay Leno's!

COOL!

Too bad!

A Singer bike would be 'way cool!

Tony Raynor has said he is going with the '36 LM, but not the Coupe twins.

Hope the weather is good for everyone!

The Singer flag files again over Woodley!

Seems like the weather tried to put a dampener - literally- on the Queens again this year after days of rain, but our two stalwart heroes Raynor & Dupont bit their stiff upper lips and drove on McDuff! The Weather Gods rewarded them for their efforts with a cool day with bright sunshine!

They even got a write-up and featured photo op for their troubles!

Congrats boys! Thanks for keeping the Marque in the news!

And special thanks to the Duponts for the 'heads-up'.

Wish I could have made it...Same time next year? :D
