Put-in-Bay Road Race Reunion

On Monday, June 28, I was lucky to attend the opening day of the 2010 PIB reunion of cars and road racers from the SCCA races held on South Bass Island from 1952-1959 & 1963.
In addition to the period correct sports cars and interesting old guys, the event host a gathering of three HRGs. For personal reasons, I didn't take the Singer 4AD, but I promise it will attend the 2011 event. I took a 1959 VW Microbus, that I pulled from the mud on this very island almost five years ago. Running now, it was glorious - if ratty - in return.
The three HRGs were a knock out.
