Went to Florida and missed Dave Craig...

Mr. Craig,

I was in Florida last Wednesday and unfortunately did not have time to drop in and say hi. We brought 150 special kids to Disney World for the day! We left Montreal at 0600, arrived in Orlando by 0930, left Orlando at 2230 and back in to Montreal at 0030! This is called Dreams Take Flight and we (along with 7 other cities in Canada) do the same thing every year. This is year #4 for me and I am already looking forward to next year's flight!

Here is a photo of me and a friend as we cruise down the jungle in the Amazon or Africa... well a jungle none the less! Very scary as you can see. Luckily we all made it. Later we went to the Caribbean and saw some pirates, and then to all the countries in the world.. boy it is a small world after all. A quick trip to outer space and that was about all I could take!

That many kids at our home would have been tight . . .Liz would have happily managed . . . I've already voted for NASOC officers, but you should consider using that picture as your campaign photo !!!

Thanks for the invite Dave.... maybe next year?!? Luckily we break up into groups of 7 or 8. We were group #9 (The Niners). No parents are there for the trip - only the volunteers from the pilots, flight attendants and everyone else. Most of them are asleep when we leave... that is the kids and escorts!!
