Hey Rory,

Many thanks for the kind words of concern. I am still in the land of the living, albeit going through somewhat 'challenging' times at our company.

Issues 1 and 2 of NASOC NEWS have gone out so far this year and issue 3 is in production as we speak.

eNews has gone out for each month of this year, except for May. May and June combined were sent today, but we found a link missing, so we will resend later tonight.

NASOC NEWS is a bi-monthly printed magazine and eNEWS is a monthly ( generally ) e-bulletin designed to 'fill the spaces' between printed mags. eNEWS X-tra is sent out as required to cover topical issues of interest. eNEWs is also linked to my on-line editorial posted on this board under the NASOC eNEWS thread.

You must be a paid-up member of NASOC to receive NASOC NEWS, but eNEWS and eNEWS X-tra are available to any Singer owner or enthusiast by simply notifying us by sending an e-mail to nasoc_news@yahoo.com

Trust you have enjoyed the material to date and will enjoy the issues to come!

Cheers,
Phillip

Hey Rory,

Yeah, thanks you! It's nice to know that our efforts with the NEWS are appreciated! :D

I hope that you are getting the mags and eNEWS. If you have any trouble, feel free to contact me.

Are you going to the SOC 60th next weekend?

I was hoping to get to SOC 60th on the Sunday, but it is unclear as to whether I will be able to make it now.
I will be trying tho....

Thanks

Hey Rory,

Hope you made out better than I did!

My company cancelled all vacations in order to address a strike. I have been working in Ottawa all week and had to cancel my arrangements for the SOC 60th. I was really P.O'd!!!

Did I miss Issue 3 of the News in the mail strike or has it not yet gone out?
