"New" Singers for production?????

Post by Paul Bouchard »

Just saw a press release (dated today) that the Singer name was sold to a car manufacturer who is interested in bringing the marque back. Limited production, similar to the Morgan.

WOW, I am going on-line today to sign up for one ;)

I saw the same thing but I was disappointed with the engine, they are going to use Rover motors and not make new Singer motors, so I will probably skip. You would not want a Ferrari with a FORD motor in it anymore than a Singer without a Singer motor.

Hmmmm. Nice call Mike, I did not see that part of the article. Singer with a Rover motor... that's a joke.

HA! (a joke, get it?)
