If you have noticed we have been getting a rather large number of spammers joining up the last 2 weeks, we usually get 2 or 3 a day and we were well over a dozen a day for a few days. A record 31 in one day.
If you want to read about it, it was due to this http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/technology/7118452.stm They were trying to get their web address on our website so that they looked legitimate to Google, now that Google has caught them (well not caught them but figured out what they were doing) it should all slow down back to normal until they try again anyway. I noticed over the last week several times the website timed out because it was so busy with them registering.
We also got some porn posted on the cars for sale section since that section does not require registration (I purposely don't require registration so that anyone can post their car for sale), sorry if you saw the naked fat ladies, they were up about 45 minutes before I caught it.
