What is the best size of brass wire mesh ( wires per inch ) for the oil pump sump filter ?
1074 cc engine

I used Stainless Steel because its what was easier to find, I will get the size this afternoon.

Hello Michael,

For my 4AD (1497cc), I used 30 x 30 mesh with 0.012" wire. I used stainless steeel (304) and got it from Grainger.
