Recommendations for Restoring cloisonne

Does anyone have any recommendations for someone that can restore the cloisonne Singer Badge o the car grill of the car?

These guys look like they do the job right, but they will be expensive and slow. http://emblemagic.com/enamel_expl.htm You might also try a jeweller. They typically did this sort of thing in the past. However, most jewellery manufacturing, molding etc is now done off shore. If you do find someone that does a good/permanent job, please let us know.
