A few pics

For now, I lumped all the pre-war cars together, I would LOVE for there to be enough demand to split it into groups (hint...hint, post here about your pre-war Singer)

A few pics

Post by Peter McKercher »

Always nice to see Singers in a non-show environment being used as they should be. The Silent Six on the hoist is a beauty (it was being inspected for a noisy wheel bearing). The 1.5 litre is for you Mike. I think you spent some time working on this one before it was supposed to go on the Peking to Paris Rally (it didn't, due to a myriad of issues).

It looks good, but as you recall, it had some serious mechanical issues Here's another of my favourites. I took this shot in Northampton. Love this car.

Another Dutch car. This one a lovely 1.5 litre. What a beautiful machine. Mike, it has to give you some incentive to get that Le Mans on the road.

These are really nice pictures.

It's great to see so many Singers in the same place at one time.

Where is that garage?

Cheers,

David
