1920's Singer OHV motor

For now, I lumped all the pre-war cars together, I would LOVE for there to be enough demand to split it into groups (hint...hint, post here about your pre-war Singer)

It would appear to be 12HP 4 cylinder engine and 3 speed gearbox from a Singer 10/26 or Singer Senior. I own a car with what looks like pretty much the same motor. Hard to see some détails, but a lack of a water pump may mean a 10/26 motor.
