What is this forum ?

Other Singer Owners Clubs forums. With the complexities of running a forum and not getting SPAMmed to death, this is the area where other Singer clubs can post their goings on and let me take care of the SPAM. It has been discussed to have country specific sub-forums, so if you want your own, speak to me.

What is this forum ?

Post by mikeyr »

In the past there has been some discussion with other club webmasters about forums and how complicated and most importantly time consuming it is to stay on top of the SPAMmers who want to sell us their enhancement drugs or the pedophiles that want to show us kiddie porn and of course the ones that want to separate us from our hard earned money.

Since I am already maintaining a forum, it was suggested that I create country specific forums for various clubs, who could then link to this forum from their website. The idea would be technical posts still go into other areas for ALL to read and potentially learn from but country specific events or questions would go in here. I decided to do this, but then no one started it so contact me if you want YOUR club in here.

Its FREE, all I ask is one primary contact that more or less commits to looking at it once in a while to keep it up to date. We already have quite a few people on here from down under and also Finland/Denmark areas along with not enough French members. You could even write it up in your language as this forum software understands all those funny chars (ø ü ã æ é ë ö þ and others).

Sounds like a very good offer. Access could be incorporated with the menu buttons on any club's home page to make it look like a club feature.
