1934, 9, removing clutch pedal swing shaft

Has anyone had to remove the clutch pedal axel shaft from the side of the gear box? Mine is very badly worn and either needs replacing or sleeved. It is held in place by a tapered pin. That came out easily, but the shaft remains stubbenly fixed. I thought of heat but I am little concerned about dama...

You are in luck, this is the switch I used, I bought mine at a Swap meet. This one looks identical, the lever is held on by a small screw and is located on a hex shaft.

This might help. it is part G in the attached drawing (second drawing) that I am missing and beyond this drawing I have no details of what it ooks or what to look for.

LUCAS SLC2 Switch

Like many others I don't have one of these and so far have been unluck in finding one. I have the late Dave Hardwick castings and I have a photo of the top where the wires attach, but not the bottom where the switch turns. I am thinking I can make a "new" switch is I can see the other side...
