Re: Introduction

There was an early Singer sallon there, which had additional front suspension parts. I could not figure out what the function was for this, and have not see...

Re: Introduction
Thanks for the comments.
I have correct nipples installed now, pointing in the correct direction, and functional.
I note that the bottom of stub axles have been drilled to accespt grease points as well.
Grease all over the place now!
Cheers

So I am not on my own then, as far as A series engines go!
I have ordered several thread types of 90 degree grease nipples and get those bunged in.
Cheers

Re: Introduction
Thank you for the kind words. Unfortunately I do not plan to be at Beaulieu this year so wont be able to catch up with other owners. I do have a question which I hope that someone can answer. The top grease nipple on the king pin is clearly as useful as a chocolate teapot as to use it, would entail ...

Introduction
Hello My name is Roly Alcock and I live in the UK near Upton upon Severn which is about 25 miles south of Birmingham. I have recently bought a 1934 Singer Le Mans. This car I have known for about 15 years and had been in the same family for 40 years. I believe that it had an extensive body restorati...
