On my '34 9 Sports...my cables too ran across the outside of the front cross member as there was a small junction box mounted there. I also seem to recollect that on my car the head + sidelight cabling ran down the outer edge of the wing support bracket and dropped under the chassis rail at the bott...

Something for the weekend. Replica 'singer' waterslide transfers on the way- as fitted by the factory to the nearside rear wing of 9 Sports and LM's (apologies Bill for capturing a screen grab of your pic). Collecting and trailing a first batch next week... Any interest out there?

Yes. It was called 'Cars for 1933'. Full colour, full range, slightly larger than A4 portrait, mottled light blue cover with blue singer badge.
