WANTED 4AD Front seat adjustable track roller

While reupholstering the front drivers (left) seat on my 4AD, I noticed the adjustable seat track is missing the rear
roller. Hopefully another Singer owner might have a spare . Getting ready for spring... :D

4AD Upholstery Pleats

I am now getting to the upholstery on my 1953 4 AD, and I was hoping someone could advise on the number and spacing of the front and rear seats pleat lines and spacing. Might as well get the new upholstery as close as I can to the original. From the pics i have, there seems to be 6 pleat seams on th...

4AD Grille now available

After several attempts and a lot of time and frustration, I have finished what I believe to be a presentable 4AD grille. I used mirror finish stainless steel for the vertical slats, and riveted them to the new top and bottom support plates with stainless rivets. I used my original grille as a patter...

4 AD Front Scuttle panel side to side FLEX

I have noticed a significant side to side flex of the front scuttle panel with a hard pull on the steering wheel, with the car stationary. I realize some flex in expected, however my windshield posts will move a half inch sideways with a good pull on the wheel. Just wanted to ask if this is normal f...

4AD Stop Lamp Switch Interchange or source

I notice the Club Interchange list does not show a suitable interchange for the Lucas 31281 stop lamp switch.
Mine is rough and needs replacing. Any suggestions appreciated. Thanks

Re: 4AD Whats Wrong Here ...Hood Fitment

OK...I am getting closer. Thank to mark and Mike for their assistance. First thing I did was to confirm Marks measurement for the hood, and it is indeed the correct length. I removed the rad hose and both side rad brackets to allow the rad and shroud to lean in (toward the rad) considerably. This al...

4AD Whats Wrong Here ...Hood Fitment

I am having a serious amount of trouble with the fitting of the rad, rad support, hood. I am hoping a fellow Singer enthusiast can shed some light on the problem. The front rad, shell and support were not with the car when I purchased it, so perhaps I have some incorrect pieces for my 53 ADT....the ra...
