Hello guys, Today the mechanic sent me the picture of the gearbox, as it was when he opened it. I have to say that we are very pleasantly surprised, the gearbox looks great and clean, incredible. The front main bearing is ok, but if I could find a new one, I would replace it. Any idea where to look ...

I need some help. I bought this rear bumper in Ebay, it is supposed to be the bumper of a 1952 4AD, but I have some doubts, since I know the VWs from the early 60's had similar bumpers...I hope it is original.

Hello, I own a 4AD 1953 (SM 1500 roadster), that it has the original wiring, etc, it is not restored yet, but it is complete. I can take pictures if you want, but I don't know if it is similar to your car...just let me know if that would help you and I will be glad to upload some pictures. Take care...
