Thanks....taken me a while to get back on here....at least I kinda know what it looked like....I'm afraid I'm going to have to rebuild engine... runs pretty good still could use a better tune up but appears is burning oil....needs oil change, pretty dirty, no telling when it has been changed....prob...

Did the 4AD have a flywheel cover between engine and trans? appears mine is missing appears to be bolt holes no cover....?? Does anyone have a spare one ?

Can anyone tell me what type of bracket was used for the exhaust mounting from the manifold to the pipe......the current one I have has 4 bolts, I was wondering if it originally just had a side bracket with only two bolts like alot of MG's other British cars used? I have an exhaust leak, dont' have ...
