Hello. Any know the thread for the oil line from the engine to the oil gauge. Its for a 1948 Singer 9A with the 1974 cc engine and remote oil filter. Do any know if a steeringbox assembly from a Singer Bantam roadster from 1937 will fit my Roadster 9 from 1948 ?

Please see picture. The alu piece in question is marked in red.

There is a alu piece under the door , the piece is attached to the main wood frame and the sideboard.
Now the question : Is there suposed to be a plywood piece behind this alu piece ?

I will have to modify links from a morris , can not find the correct ones.
