Nice find. I thought that elligible cars for the Mille Miglia yearly retrospective were cars of the model that actually took part of the race between 1927 and 1957. As far as i know, no Singer ever paricipated. Beautiful and unique event though, i attended to the departure in Brescia a few years ago...

What i often experience with classic ignition is condenser failure. They seem to be less and less reliable. Switching to electronic cures this, once your distributor is mechanically sound. They do also fail though.
