I'm wiring up my '33 9 sports. I have a nearside dipping headlight, with the solenoid that moves the lens. I gather the dip function extinguishes the offside headlight. I'm happy to keep this function. I don't have an SLC 2 switch and I got the car after disassembly, so nothing to reference it from....

I've just sent the dynamo off for 2 brush conversion and the company also supply electronic voltage regulators in original casings.
